Duo Z Copyright 2009
The 250 project is based off a 1974 Suzuki TS250. The goal is to achieve the fastest speed I can get with it. I have no specific goals other then that. So its design and modifications have and will continue to change until I am happy with the set up. Pictures of the bike and more of what has been done to come.
I made a form die to press out this velocity stack to integrate a filter. It still needs some finishing touches and will probably be powder coated when finished.

These are aluminum front motor mounts.
This is an oil tank I made from an aluminum Bud Light bottle. I figured there had to be something useful for those bottles, they're pretty hefty.
